Ron Cedillo started out working for Wells Fargo as a Mortgage Loan Officer and quickly became one of their best and brightest officer. Eventually, he went into the real estate business and achieved his California NMLS and Realtor Broker Licenses. After 21 years in the industry, Ron and his wife Eva Cedillo now owns a real estate brokerage that manages over 30 individual agents and has sold over 3,000 properties with a value of over 1 billion dollars. He also owns a property management company that manages over 300 local California properties and manages his own construction renovation projects. During his 20 years in the real estate market, Ron worked as a sub-contractor for Chase, Wells Fargo and 35 other banks selling and managing asset sales for Fannie Mae and HUD. As a successful business owner for most of his life, Ron has mastered skills in leadership, property management and digital marketing. He has finally reinvented business systems and management/delegation which has set him and his partners well above the competitors in his market. Ron is married for over 20 years to Eva Cedillo, also a real estate broker. He has been awarded as the Top 1% real estate agent across the nation by the Wall Street Journal and a Lifetime Masters Award by the Central Valley Realtors Association. Ron’s passion is to create 40 millionaires through education and be able to travel abroad 6 months out in a year.
